IT IS WHAT IT IS IT BE WHAT IT BE WE ARE: GENERATION Z
Volume 1
I designed, created and self published my own magazine in the spring of 2020. The magazine is called It Is What It Is It Be What It Be We Are: Generation Z. It highlights the interests of fellow Gen Z's while captivating readers with the humors of reality. I created this by choice not for school. Not only was this magazine for me to showcase my work & capabilities, but for fellow creators, writers, and designers with their submissions. The magazine was not available digitally because I sold the physical copies so I could donate all profits to the NAACP's legal defense fund. Now I invite you to see for yourself.

I LIKE YOU!
2021
I began working for I LIKE YOU! in 2021 and immediately pitched the idea of creating the brands first print magazine. My boss loved the idea and I started the initial planning process as soon as I got the "go". This was primarily a way to look back at the previous events and showcase the photographers work from each of those events.
AFTR PRTY
2020
When I first moved to New York, I worked for a startup brand called AFTR PRTY. I pitched the idea to the co-founders about building a mini zine filled with different pieces from the website. I was then made the "creative director" and led a team of individuals through the design and publication process of creating a zine. I overlooked and assigned pages while assisting with the design of those pages.
